Ned Spencer, BSc, is a Senior Research Health Economist at RTI-HS. Mr. Spencer has experience in developing decision analytic models to evaluate health and economic implications of health technologies. He has developed cost-effectiveness and budget-impact models and conducted analyses in the areas of oncology, dermatology (psoriasis and atopic dermatitis), neurology (multiple sclerosis), vaccines, and rare disorders. Prior to joining RTI-HS, Mr. Spencer worked as a Senior Health Economist for the Pharmaceutical Management Agency in New Zealand, where his role involved economic modeling and reviewing health technology assessments submitted to the agency. He has also worked as an analyst for a business management consulting firm.
