Catherine Masaquel has over 19 years of life science experience in market access and health economics and outcomes research. Ms. Masaquel’s therapeutic experience includes HIV, HCV, and other infectious diseases and vaccines, as well as cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disease, CNS neurology, diabetes and endocrine disorders, nephrology, oncology, orthopedics, psychiatry, rheumatology, opioid use disorder, and rare diseases. Her areas of expertise include leading systematic and targeted literature reviews, value proposition development and communication, and the development of global value and Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) dossiers. In her role at RTI-HS, Ms. Masaquel is responsible for conducting market access and outcomes research activities, including health outcomes strategy and generating and analyzing outcomes data. Additionally, Ms. Masaquel has experience in medical devices, primarily with orthopedic and cardiovascular replacement implants. She has previous experience with healthcare quality and medical informatics research and medical claims database analysis while working at managed care organizations.
